DESCRIPTION

An Information Systems Help Desk Associate is the end user support for all Von Maur systems. Primary job responsibilities of a Help Desk Associate include the following: -Primary point of contact for problems and requests companywide. This would include but not be limited to issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs. -Utilizes the help desk software to diligently track all requests. -Places service calls with appropriate vendors and is the primary point of contact for vendors responding to service calls. -Maintains phone system and voicemail configurations for the company. -Creates and runs special request queries.
